I am also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation and hold a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) credential, allowing me to bridge both the leadership and compliance sides of organizational development.
In addition to my academic and professional background I am a facilitator and practioner in several leadership and communication frameworks, including:
-
Energy Leadership Index
-
Real Colors Temperament Theory
-
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)
-
Crucial Conversations
What makes my work deeply personal is that it was born from my own leadership journey. There was a time in my life when I felt overwhelmed, emotionally reactive, and constantly taking things personally in both leadership and relationships. I understood policies and expectations far more than I understood myself. I saw firs thand how often organizations struggle to balance compliance with genuine human leadership, and how disconnected people can become when communication, emotional intelligence, and self-awareness are missing from the workplace. Everything changed when I found coaching. Coaching helped me better understand myself, my emotional patterns, my communication style, and the deeper human dynamics that influence how we lead, connect, and respond under pressure. That experience transformed not only the way I lead others, but the way I see people altogether. Today, my mission is to help bridge the gap between HR and Operations by bringing the human back into Human Resources and Leadership Development. I believe organizations thrive when leaders understand not only systems and strategy, but also the people they are leading.
Through speaking, training, and coaching I strive to create learning experiences where people feel seen, challenged, supported, and empowered to grow, both personally and professionally.
